MOTOR-DRIVEN DOSING PUMPS
The PRIUS series motor-driven dosing pumps, backed by over 35 years of R&D, deliver superior performance, combining powerful dosing capabilities with resilience against harsh chemicals, vibrations, and leaks. Designed for diverse applications, including drinking water, plants, industrial processes water treatment, food, and chemical industries, these pumps offer a broad range of flow rates (up to 264 GPH) and pressures up to 140 PSI.
Control options include mechanical stroke length adjustment and advanced multifunctional models with programmable operating modes, compatible with the ERMES remote management system and PLC integration via the Modbus electronic module (RS485). The pumps’ construction, offering choices like PTFE diaphragms and ceramic or stainless steel pistons, caters to various dosing needs, ranging from viscous liquids to aggressive chemicals. Additionally, ATEX-certified models are available for use in hazardous environments.
Prius D
The PRIUS D series of constant-dosing pumps features a PTFE diaphragm and offers an AP variant for high-pressure applications. These pumps come with either a three-phase or single-phase (Mono) motor option. Additionally, models certified by ATEX are available for use in potentially explosive environments.

Prius D MF

Prisma
PRISMA is a diaphragm dosing pump driven by a stepper motor. This pump utilizes a microprocessor to regulate the diaphragm’s position and speed throughout the delivery and suction cycle.
